Dynamic Channel Assignment Strategy for TD-HSUPA System

A channel assignment approach based on the measurement of smart antenna is proposed in the paper.The user's position can be detected by smart antenna and assist Radio Network Controller(RNC) to distribute time slots to appropriate user.The simulation results prove that the approach can improve the uplink performance efficiently by reduction of Common Channel Interference(CCI) and utilization of Resource Unites(RU).
