An Exploration on Catastrophic Management System Construction

Catastrophic accidents emerge in endlessly. A modern catastrophic management system with integrated decision-making functions is demanded in order to reply various natural and artificial catastrophic accidents quickly, efficiently and timely. Contents and construction of catastrophic management system are explored, successful experience about catastrophic management of developed countries are analyzed, and countermeasures about catastrophic management system construction are given out finally.
