Research on CHL Extended Ontology Mappings Updating

Ontology mapping can solve the problem of ontology heterogeneous effectively. However,most existing ontology mapping study only focused on mapping method itself and a lack of ontology conciliation analysis in practical dynamic environment result in a poor efficiency when the existing ontology mapping method put into practice. For addressing this issue,an ontology mapping method with change history extended is proposed. When ontology mapping evolves,HL( History Log) is used to record ontology changes and integrated with existing mapping systems. It is only stale and unreliable ones that are updated. Experimental results show that this method offers the benefits of re-establishing mappings among the updated ontologies. It drastically reduces the time required for updating mappings among ontologies.
