Realization of expert system tools using C++ and Access database

This paper introduces the basic principle and algorithm of forward deduction and the method of realizing expert system tools by using C++ and Access database in Windows 2000 environment.It also presents the applied routine written by Visual C++6.0 and Access to implement the tools.Only if creating different knowledge bases in Access databases,can users get dissimilar expert systems.
