The Research on Efficiency Assessment Method of Tandem Penetrating Blast Warhead

The research on efficiency assessment method of two-stage tandem composite penetrating blast warhead was conducted.Based on theoretical analysis of the characteristics of typical target and working principle of the warhead,the concept of efficiency coefficient and the power capacity were advanced,and the corresponding calculation model was deduced.Consequently,the efficiency assessment method of this warhead was established,the engineering application feasibility of this method was validated through examples.It indicates that the research result provides important method and means for the design and efficiency assessment of this warhead,and can be referred by other related research.
