Barrier-free design of shifting machine for the physically disabled

Because of disabilities, the disabled lost moving ability. The patients can be held up and move using shifting machine instead of manual work. Research methods such as measurement, behavioral observation and interview were used to study human-machine relationship between the disabled and the shifting machine, the influence of behavior and physical features of the disabled to function and size was analyzed, and body size and activities ability of the disabled was obtained. Innovation design on function, structure and shape size of shifting machine was executed, so that the function and size is more suitable for the disabled.
