This thesis puts forwards the system construction of administrative decisions according to netizen opinions to boost the science of Chinese decisions and the process of democratization,in order to perform the ruling idea better,improve the rules of administrative decisions,clear the responsibility of administrative decisions and supervise the effect of administrative decisions.
