Through the research on the viscosity stabilizer,abhesive strengthen agent and the water-tolerant agent in polyvinyl alcohol,the breed and mixing capasity of these modifiers were designed.Finally the formula and product technology of the nonpoisonous and nonsmell environmental protection 108 glue were defined as well as the cost and the technology between 107 glue and 108 glue were compared.
