The Research of Network Transfer in Tie-tong Expansion Project

This thesis describes the process of the railcom network from the OSPF protocol to the IS-IS protocol in the railcom all-round-China expansion project. Before the expansion, the network ran the OSPF protocol, and the network are stable. According to the increase of consumer number after expansion and the enlargement of the capability, this project decides to transfer from the OSPF protocol to the IS-IS protocol. This thesis in full describes two protocol and compares them. After argument the feasibility of the scheme, this project give the detailed process of the transfer.
