Basing on the XML, the distributed Web Service is a technique reform of Internet application. it not only can span component model ,operate system and limi t to p rogramming language of application system ,but also it can be called by client t erminate or other server. When it was used to created numerous, loose and stron g distribute application it has especially merits. In this paper how to create a numerous, through different plat form application system with Web Service is introduced detailedly.
