A simple and applied way about matrix equation Am×nXn×p=Bm×p by elementary commutation is given in this paper, and it also may be applied in two circs:Bm×p=Om×p or Bm×p≠Om×p. when it compared with the way mentioned in literature, the way in this paper looks easier and much applied..
