Extracting Contour Based on CT Data

Contour extracting is important in reconstruction of medical images.This paper analyzes the data format of the CT data and transformed the format of it.Then,it used image smoothing,color modulating and histogram equalizing to deal with the transformed data.At last,we offered a new image segmentation method to extract the contour by two thresholds,and it obtained good effect.
