The Spam Call Control System is a system to find out those spam calls and intercepts them.It is effective in reducing spam calls and making customers get better mobile services.This paper firstly proposes a network topology and an overall architecture of Spam Call Control System.Secondly,it focuses on designing the procedure of finding out and intercepting spam calls.
