With increased scientific research investment in society,research projects performance evaluation aroused the concern of related investors increasingly.However,it is difficult to evaluate performance on research projects in actually.Based on scientific research projects performance evaluation principles and main problems on current assessment,this paper tries to design index systems for research performance evaluation.
