Discussion on the Law Problem of the Garbage Message Prevention and Management

The mobile-phone message with its handy,efficient, cheap communication method carried convenience for a large number of mobile-phone customer information linking and exchanging,but the good characteristic of message is suffering violation of abuse behavior.The law not only protects the citizens' right that they receive and read normal letters and keep secret,but also should protect the right that they refuse irrelevant garbage messages.Currently,the customer has no way to refuse this kind message.Then the controlling key of the garbage message is the telecommunication company,which provides service for the garbage message dispatcher.So,only perfecting legislation and fair procedures taken charge on the message can protect the citizens correspondence freedom better.
