Image Perceptual Hashing Based on Image Normalization and DCT

This paper presents an improved image preprocessing algorithm,and on this basis,an image perception hash algorithm is proposed.The original image is first normalized and a geometric invariant image achieved,and then discrete cosine transform coefficients are extracted as image feature and encrypted using chaotic sequence generator,and finally generated by quantization and coding are applied to produce perceptual hash sequence.The algorithm can resist against attacks of any angle rotation and affine transformation.
