Research on Ad Hoc QoS Routing Based on Existing Time

This paper proposes a QoS routing protocol for video services in Ad Hoc networks,namely QRPFVS.QRPFVS has the following advantages over traditional QoS routings:the route of the longest routing existing time of estimate is chosen to reduce the route rebuilt times.for reducing the lost ratio of data packets,the new route just before the break of the old route is rebuild,service priori- ty is adopted to increase the service complete ratio.Using OPNET,and comparing with existing QoS routings,such as QS-AODV and CMMBCR,the simulation shows that QRPFVS has a lower lost ra- tio of data packets on the base of the same end-to-end delay,and a higher service complete ratio with the same service accepting radio.
