Railway marshalling yard,feed yards and other operations in the service yard of vehicle depots were with features of high turnover of vehicles,track quantity as well as parking-intensive.A group of maintenance personnel scattered in a huge assignments in the field,the distribution of each person,job location,moving trajectory was difficult to monitor,which seriously affected the control of job scheduling and security cards.Based on RFID and Positioning Monitoring Management System of configuration monitoring software,it was capable of real-time positioning and identifying maintenance personnel with electronic tags(Tag).The maintenance personnel distribution and operation condition could be understood by collecting the information.It was provided the basis for safety monitoring and job scheduling.
