Novel VPN Authentication Scheme Based on Trusted Computing

Platform security is particularly important in the case of remote access to corporate resources.Today,Virtual Private Network(VPN) client authentication mostly focuses on the identity of end-user and platform without ensuring the trust properties of the platform the end-user is operating.An attacker could exploit it to gain unauthorized access.Scheme based on the combination of smart card and Trusted Platform Module(TPM) can secure the identity authentication of the end-user's platform and assure the security of network connections.
