Aimed at the characteristic of big purchasing cost in coal mine,the scientific conception of B2B e-procurement system for goods and materials of coal mine based on network technology is put forward.The purpose,characteristic and five roles of e-procurement system for goods and materials is analyzed and designed,and take advantage of multi-method to realize information safety.Though this system,coal mine can get rid of traditional way to purchase,fully promote efficiency and quality,and build a purchasing platform,and realize purchase in network.
