With the continual development of computer networks and its application technology, network equipments become increasingly complex, and there are different communication protocol standards. So management of network that is components of these devices becomes increasingly difficulty. We need to expand the use of agent technology to encapsulate communication protocol standard of these devices,in order to improve the efficiency of network management system development, and reduce complexity.
