TV-culture fictitioned and simplified actuality to mislead young boys and girls to recognize the world. The young boys and girls often look at TV neither to develop their talking and thinking ability,nor to develop their creating ability and personality.The profession of TV shoud exalt times-main melody to target of strengthening building of law, standarding acting of communication,motioning solution method.
