Based on analyzing the development of current power system information,the article combines workflow technology with the business process of the electric power production management,summarizes the deficiency of traditional work flows.The article presents the design and implement of electrical coordinated organized management system based on workflow technology.It achieves the setting and assignment of system function model,roles and privilege,upon this base the system is optimized and the performance and the management of the workflow are realized.The system can increase the management efficiency and reliability of electric power production.
