Unified space and ground technology of telescience systems and networks

Telescience is a new operational mode of space experiments. This paper introduces the concept of telescience operation,discusses system requirements,stucture configuration, and software design of a telescience testbed, presents a protocol archi-tecture of CCSDS oriented space-ground internetworking.
