Design and implementation of metadatasearch engine based on OAI-PMH protocol

With the development of digital library technology,more and more academic organizations share their metadata resource.In order to use these open digital resources efficiently,we design and implement a metadata search engine Metadatasearch which bases on OAI-PMH.The Metadatasearch integrate some open source softwares,such as OAIHarvester2.0,Lucene HTMLParser PDFBox tm-extractor etc.In this paper,we discuss the foundational principle of Search Engine at first;and then introduce the softwares which are used in Metadatasearch;in the end of this paper,we will tell you how to design and implement the Metadatasearch in detail.
