Legislative Regulations of the Citizens' Network Supervisory Authority

In recent years,the network supervisory authority exercised by citizens through network to government offices and worker personnel has obtained a quite good effect.Meanwhile,there are some problems such as privacy infringement,honorary infringement,interference with the independence of the judiciary,etc.in the citizens' network supervisory.It is important ways for legislative regulations of the citizens' network supervisory to improve the relevant legislations of citizens' network supervisory,improve the quality of majority of internet users,play a leading role of competent authorities,strengthen supervision and management of internet service providers and use filtration technology.
