Design and Development of Multi-reservoir Flood Control System

A multi-reservoir flood control system was designed and developed based on graph theory,which had high generality and strong extensibility.The integration and management of multi-reservoir was solved easily by the graph theory.The hierarchical structure was adopted by this flood control system to content with the mode of Client/Server and Browser/Server.This paper introduced architecture,function module and key technology of this system.This sys-tem had advantages of advanced technology,complete functions,friend-user,convenient operation,reliability.
