The paper describes the Lancang River Basin dam safety Integrated Information System,covering its structure,composition and system function.In-depth analysis of the structure of the system' is made,focusing on the implementation of the system key components (a distributed architecture and data center integration method).It also presents the advanced applications of the system(monitoring data processing,project safety assessment,emergency treatment and information submission),as well as the structure and characteristics of the comprehensive information publication website.The system has realized concentration and sharing of safety information of many dams in the Lancang River Basin,reduced management costs,and has a good management efficiency and implementation value.
