This paper puts forward how to use ASP and SQL Server 2000 to build Human Resource Management System (HRMS) which based on the integrated patterns of Browser/Server structure and emphasized several key technologies through system exploring.According to the combination of ASP and SQL Server,to make HRMS normal,standard and informative.
