Application of Information Fusion Technologies in Intelligent Traffic Field

This paper systematically outlines the application of information fusion technologies in intelligent traffic,and summarizes common information fusion technologies to conclude 5 categories of information fusion technologies,i. e. neural network,Bayes fusion,reasoning fusion,spatial fusion and self-adaptive filter. Based on 5 different traffic application scenarios,i. e. information detection and acquisition,analysis of traffic flow,classification and recognition,induction control and location and navigation,the paper conducts literature summary of the application of information fusion technologies in intelligent traffic,and points out that fusion skills and algorithms vary with different traffic application scenarios.
