Adhering to the People-oriented Principle and Cutlivating the Team of Student Reporters

With the focus on implementing the scientific outlook on development and playing the role of campus newspapers in building a harmonious campus,and with adherence to the people-oriented principle,this paper explores the cultivation of the special and important team-student reporters.In the light of reality,specific measures have been put forward in terms of ideology,professional work,management and emotion to cultivate a team of student reporters.
