Flood risk map is an important technical support for flood management.When the growing number of risk maps accumulated to a certain extent,how to effectively manage and share the data becomes a major issue is.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of flood riskmap and its functional and performance requirements on the management and application,using the geographic information service sharing technology of service-oriented thinking,this paper designed and implemented a system of flood risk map management and application,which would provide an information exchange and sharing platform for the spatial and thematic data of flood riskmap,and be conducive to the promotion of flood riskmapping and applications.
