According to the model of system's potential and the relationship between universal gravitational potential and electrostatic potential, the metering unit of fundamental physical quantity in classical physics is regarded as the logic origin. The methods of logical inference(and deduction) and inductive synthesis are used. The definition of coulomb(C·G·S) or Ampere(SI) in classical physics, the measuring principle of unit charge e,certainly charge-mass ratio of proton are analyzed. The gas kinetics and the formula of relativity mass are combined. The natural relationship of gravitational constant(G) is concluded. The relationship reveals the nature of gravitational constant, and illustrates the determined values of G in the size and change and range of variation. Thus a fundamental physical constant is removed.
