Application of Pareto in Laboratory Quality Management

By analysing the audit unqualified items from year 2005 to year 2009,the four main aspects on which the audit unqualified items foused were discovered.They are the control of record,equipment management,measuring method and its confirmation,and the control of document.The basic reason for the audit unqualified items is personal factor.The method of using pareto to analyse laboratory quality problem is simple,effective and reliable.
