Uniform measurement and uniform dots distribution based on potential function

Based on the electric potential function in physics,the potential function for uniform measurement is proposed.This model can measure the uniformity of an uniform dots distribution and can adjust the distribution to be even more uniform.Evidently the dots scattered more uniform after the adjusting based on our method.
