ELISA Automatic Analyzer Rapidly Determining the Chyle Levels of Plasma

Objective To study a automatic method which rapidly determines the chyle levels of plasma.Methods Using ELISA automatic analyzer to automatically join quantitative plasma in the microplate and automatic colorimetric determination,based on the measured absorbance value to judge the chyle levels of plasma.Results Determination wavelength is 630 nm.A0.090 is normal plasma,A 0.090～0.367 is mild chyle,A0.367 is severe chyle plasma.The coefficient of variation of normal、mild 、severe chyle plasma respectively is 2.29%、2.10%、2.17%.Compared with the index,the difference is not statistically significant(χ2=0.577,P0.05).Conclusions Making use of ELISA automatic analyzer to determine,the method is rapid,the results are stable and accurate,implementation of automatization.
