Traditional 3D morphable models have large quantity of calculation, thus it can't meet the demand of real-time performance. To solve this problem,a practical and efficient three-dimensional morphable model is proposed to reconstruct a personalized 3D face.Firstly, feature extraction and segmentation on 3D faces are given. Then, morphable model for each block and optimize matching is built to obtain the shape information. At last, personalized 3D face reconstruction is completed by integrating each block seamlessly.Experimental results show that this method has the advantages of short modeling time and low complexity, and the 3D faces generated from real-world photos are rather realistic based on a few landmarks.
