MIS based on workflow for electric power enterprise

Management Information System(MIS) is applied to improve the efficiency and competitive ability of an enterprise.To coordinate and control the management processes with workflow technology is the core of MIS.The concept of workflow technique is introduced,and the essence,classification and implementation modes of workflow are disussed.Based on that,its application in MIS of electric power enterprise is presented.A typical workflow of electric power enterprise management is analyzed in detail.
