The Application of Data Mining in Clinic Laboratory Information System Based on Fuzzy Clustering

The application of Clinic Laboratory Information System(CLIS) produce large amounts of data, the clinical data is extracted from CLIS by SQL,we use the method of pre-processing for these data .This paper selects Stepwise Clustering algorithm, we gain the rea-sonable results:The relationship between female age and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the relationship between male age and erythro-cyte sedimentation rate is different;The relationship between female age and Thrombus length the relationship between male age and Thrombus is different.Using Data Mining on these data in CLIS, we can find useful knowledge, which can provide medical reference for the elderly disease prevention and diagnosis.
