A Strategy of Dynamic Load Balancing based on Real-time Load

As the widely application of the distributed system, the dynamic load balancing policy improves the system performance markedly. After illustrating several strategies of Dynamic Load Balancing at present briefly, the paper proposes a strategy of Dynamic Load Balancing based on real-time load And the algorithm of this strategy is also presented.
