The paper analysis the cooperative games phenomena in the Chinese stocks and colour TV competitive sale in recent years and point out whether understanding the Core and Kernel of the cooperative games is the key for the benefits. The Minority Game which put forward by Zhang Yi-che et.al in 1997 would be complement each other with Cooperative games.
