A New Digital Telegraph Recorder

In order to improve vessel automation,it is necessary to develop a new type of digital telegraph recorder.The functions of this recorder are introduced,its elementary design,the components of hardware and software as well as the approach to implement are presented.The new type of digital telegraph recorder,which is featured with its convenient installation,simple network connections,advanced technology application and reliable quality,would be extensively applied in vessels.
