Research on the artificial neural network model about risk evaluation of large real estate project

During the construct process of the large real estate project, there are lots of risks. Before making decision, the investor must make reasonable evaluation. A new method is put forward in this article , in which the artificial neural network(ANN)is applied into the risk evaluation model, and a artificial neural network model is constructed that may solve the deficiencies of the other methods. At last, this model is applied to the real case of a engineering project to evaluate its risk level.
