The electronic file is a new type of files,which is formed on the bas e of taking digital equipments as a tool,computer internet as a communicatim me dium and magnetic tapes and discs as storing carriers,and it has a kind of special function.As forward fields of the development of science and technology,the advanced colleges widely use the electronic files. Therefore,the management of electronic files in colleges should be standard as soon as possible so that it can serve much better for the teaching,scientific researching and other manage ments of colleges.
