Modeling of Lift Control System Based on Grafcet

Grafcet,drawing its inspiration from Petri nets,allows modeling of concurrence and synchronization. Grafcet,which is represented by graph,visual and easy to understand,is powerful tool for logic description and systems analysis,and has been widely applied to industry. Grafcet is used in modeling control system of lift,and is compared with state diagram. It shows that Grafcet has powerful description and hold remarkable advantage especially for large scale systems.
