With the development of information technology, mobile telephone short messages(SMS) have become a new form of data of information.Thus,the dispute of SMS becames more and more numerous gradually.SMS enter into the procedure of lawsuit as a new form of evidence.During the procedure of lawsuit,Several aspects of SMS problems in evidence theory which should be settled.
