Since the operator scale is kept enlarging,the 3G project is introducing,the net element of district transmission web is increasing greatly,and the network topology changed continued,the current local transmission network would be optimized to make it offering more source under the current conditions.How to decrease the system time delay between net elements,enhance system stability and make the net bearing less latency and reply the substantive development have been became the necessary topics of telecommunication operator.
