With the rapid development of social web sites,the copyright protection for the small software such as social games has been significantly stretched.Therefore comprehensive intellectual property protection should be given.Instead of special legislation,computer software should be multi-mode protected.Specifically,the protection of computer software should be based on copyright protection and place in special patent application process and the scope of other related laws.
