Identifying and Correcting the "Reference Documents" and "Annotations" in Scientific Research Papers

In scientific research papers,there are some obvious different procedures in recording reference documents and annotations,thus causes this question appear to be at will and chaotic.Considering the connotations and inherent differences between reference documents and annotations,the quotations,including direct quotations and indirect quotations,should be marked in the form of reference documents but not annotations;the reference documents should be marked the concrete page numbers while the annotations does not generally; the annotations should be put in front of the reference documents.
