On Quality Training for Young Editors of Sci-tech Journals

The young editors have become a vital force in the editor' s team of sci-tech journals.The quality of young editors is closely related to the redaction quality of sci-tech journals.This paper analyses the characteristics of young editors,and expounds the content of quality training and the ways to improve their own quality for young editors.
